TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Contribution Towards Legal Fees (“Promotion”) – Fieldays
- Participation in the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Purchasers who enter into an agreement for the purchase of a property from Du Val Group NZ Limited and/ or its related entities (“Du Val”) during the Term, and states that they entered into the agreement due to Du Val’s presence at Fieldays, shall receive $3,000 from Du Val to be used for payment of the purchaser’s legal fees (“the Contribution”) if and only if the purchaser settles the purchase of the property.
- The Promotion commences at on 30 November 2022 and expires at midnight on 31 December 2022 (“Term”).
- Purchasers who enter into an agreement for the purchase of a property from Du Val before or after expiry of the Term will not be eligible to receive the Contribution.
- Purchasers who enter into an agreement for the purchase of a property from Du Val before or after expiry of the Term but do not settle the purchase of the property will not be eligible to receive the Contribution.
- Purchasers who enter into an agreement for the purchase of a property from Du Val unrelated to Du Val’s presence at Fieldays will not be eligible to receive the Contribution.
- The Contribution shall be made in the form of a reduction of the purchase price of the property upon settlement and shall be reflected in the amount payable to settle the purchase shown on the settlement statement provided by Du Val’s solicitor to the purchaser’s solicitor.
- There shall only be one Contribution per property.
- If the purchaser does not settle in full and without deduction on the settlement date advised by Du Val’s solicitor to the purchaser’s solicitor, the purchase shall not be eligible to receive the Contribution.
