30 minutes high intensity, fat burning cardiovascular training. Excellent for increasing fitness, strength and agility.
45 minutes of butt, legs and tums. Designed to shape up your lower half and strengthen your core.
45 minutes of boxing, aimed at learning correct boxing form and technique, while burning fat and increasing your fitness levels.
Tone ‘N Shape
45 minutes of weights-based training for gaining strength and building lean muscle. Perfect for toning and tightening up the whole body.
Get the whole body blasted out in the form of interval training, incorporating bodyweight, bands, bars, battle ropes, free weights and cardio machines.
Du Val Corporate
A corporate class booked and paid for separately, designed for team building and functional exercises, specifically put together for the needs of the group.
Du Val Boot Camp
This is a specialised programme which members need to sign up and pay for separately. It lasts for 8 weeks and consists of three group sessions per week, along with personalized programming to complete in your own time. These bootcamps are specifically designed to achieve participant goals. Speak with a trainer or reception staff for more information on prices and start dates.
Move ‘n Groove
45 minutes of full body rhythmic exercises performed to the beat of music. This class is excellent for those wanting to have some fun while learning new dance moves!
